Elizabeth Jackson M.A (counselling
psychology), U.K.C.P. Reg. Gestalt Psychotherapist, MFCC Marriage, Family and Child
Counsellor (USA). CTS Certified Trauma Specialist (International Association of Trauma
Counsellors), she is a psychotherapist, trainer, supervisor and group facilitator. She is
a former member of the GPTI Ethics committee. John Bernard Harris M.A., C.Q.S.W., Dip. G.P.T.I. is a former social work manager, and an experienced group worker and trainer. He is the founder of MGC Associates, and has a special interest in working with teams and organisations. He is author of Gestalt: An Idiosyncratic Introduction, co-author (with Peter Philippson) of Gestalt: Working with Groups and co-editor (with Peter Philippson) of Topics in Gestalt Therapy, all published by Manchester Gestalt Centre. Peter Philippson M.Sc. (Gestalt Psychotherapy), UKCP Reg. Gestalt Psychotherapist, is a Gestalt therapist and trainer, a Teaching and Supervising Member of the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute, UK, a founder member of Manchester Gestalt Centre and a guest trainer for Institutes in Britain and America. He is editor of The Nature of Pain, co-author (with John Bernard Harris) of Gestalt: Working with Groups and co-editor (also with John Bernard Harris) of Topics in Gestalt Therapy, all published by Manchester Gestalt Centre. He has published many articles on Gestalt Therapy in the British, American and Spanish Gestalt Journals. His book Self in Relation is due for publication early 1999. Shirley Summers Cert.Ed., Dip Couns. Has a background in teaching, dance and movement therapy. She has been working with Gestalt for over fifteen years and is currently in Advanced Clinical Training with Metanoia Psychotherapy Training Institute. Shirley offers training and supervision in addition to her psychotherapy practice for groups, couples and individuals. Graeme Summers BSc (Hons), Dip Psych (Metanoia), UKCP reg. Transactional Analyst is a Provisional Teaching and Supervising member of the European Association of Transactional Analysis. He offers psychotherapy, supervision and training primarily in Manchester, Lancaster and Edinburgh. |
